In females, the causes can be :- Blocked tube, Fibroid uterus, polyp, adenomyosis,endometriosis, endocrinological causes, ovulatory disturbances etc.
The gynae department provides both medical and surgical treatment to our infertility patients. (Controlled ovarian stimulation & IUI)
IUI:-
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is an Assisted Reproductive Technique(ART) that involves placing semen inside a woman’s uterus to facilitate fertilization. During IUI, your doctor will place selected, washed, sperms into your womb (uterus) and near to your egg at your time of ovulation using a special IUI catheter. The goal of IUI is to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes and subsequently increase the chance of fertilization especially in case of Male Factor and unexplained infertility. It is an OPD procedure. Patient is allowed to carry forward a normal lifestyle
