Dr. Seema Sood did her medical graduation from Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana and her Masters in Dermatology (MD) from the same institution. In 2001, Dr. Seema Sood pioneered the Department of Dermatology & Cosmetology at Patel Hospital and she was the first one to start the trend of Cosmetology in Punjab.

She has been a member of various associations including Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists & Cosmetology Society of India. She routinely does all the cosmetological procedures like BOTOX, FILLERS, Chemical peels, Mesotherapy, Microdermabrasion etc. in her OPD.

She has taken extensive training and has been performing Laser treatments for various indications like unwanted hair growth, Birth Marks, Acne scars, Accident / Surgical scars etc.

She is also doing surgery for various indications like Vitilgo [ (Leukoderma ) grafting as well as Melanocyte culture and transplant ], Acne, Moles, Warts & other Benign growths.
