Department of Critical Care Medicine

Dr. Amit Madaan did his Medical graduation from Govt. Medical College in Maharashtra and subsequently he did his Masters degree in Anesthesiology (MD) from B.J. Medical College, Pune.

After doing his Masters, he joined Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi in the Department of Critical Care Medicine, during this period he did his fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine (IFCCM) from the same Institution.

He has done various courses in Basic and Advanced Cardiac life support and Advanced Trauma life support. He is also trained in doing invasive procedures like CVC and Arterial line placement and Percutaneous Tracheotomy. He has already cleared Part I of European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM) and is in process for clearing Part II.

He has worked as Junior Consultant in Department of Critical Care Medicine at Max Hospital, Saket, New Delhi for 1 year. Dr. Amit Madaan is trained in handling sepsis, septic shock, multi organ failure, poly trauma patients and post transplant patients and their complications.
