Dr. Varinder Attri did his MBBS from JIPMER Puducherry. He has completed his M.S. (Surgery) and M.Ch. (Urology) from the PGI Chandigarh.

Being trained from PGI Chandigarh, he is updated to the best available techniques and procedures in urological diseases. He was constantly involved in academic and best patient care during his course. He has managed all kind of urological patients and emergency patients during his course. He has performed many surgeries such as PNL, RIRS, URS, TURP, TURBT, urethral stricture disease, laparoscopic and open nephrectomy, ureterolithotomy, cystectomy, cystolithotomy etc. He has also performed surgeries for male infertility patients such as VEA, vasovasostomy, microscopic varicocelectomy etc. Besides these he is trained in intervention urology procedures such as PCN, SPC, TRUS prostate biopsy etc.

Dr Varinder is the member of North zone urological society of India and Urological Society of India. He has published many papers in International indexed journals and presented posters and papers in national conferences. He had been awarded the USI Olympus International travel fellowship for the year 2019 by Urology Society of India. He also won the Intercollegiate quiz and PG quiz competition at North zone conference in 2019. He had actively participated in various workshops conducted in PGI during his course.

He has special interest in Andrology with male infertility and urethral stricture diseases.
