Appraching HMS-7 standards
The Hospital Management System is a state of the art web enabled solution using oracle technologies which iis based on oracle 10g and uses oracle tools as front end, Our system is designed to run 24 X 7 and has an online system where our patient records are available online and can be SMS gateway where the urgent information can be pushed by our servers. All wards and othe important information flow sites are completely computerised to make patient records can be assessed as database and statically analyzed to give critical information about the patient to consultants. We have designed our application in such a manner that once we recieve a query from any phone, our server will automatically process this request and push the information back to the same phone. For this each of the patient have to get registered his phone and the system acts on a caller line identification for security reasons.

To maintain paper less record for, financial accounting.
- To maintain staff, labour enrollment process, salary process and other country specific data details required by the government.
- To maintain electronic record for vat, service tax, TDS details.
- To implement requistion-indent-order-mrm/grn-qc-bill passing cycle.
- To implement preventive maintenanc, breakdown maintenance and other maintenanace activities related to hospital.
- To do costing for each of the individual cost centers at the hospital facility.
- To capture quotation, sales order, packing slip, gatepass and invoice cycle for marketing.
- To have analytical electronic data ready to our patients for better diagnostic and treatment.
